Data you give us: when you submit a form we collect your name, email, and anything you write to us (e.g. company, phone, message).

Data collected automatically: with your consent, analytics and embedded media may process technical data such as IP address and device/browser information. Strictly necessary cookies store only your cookie choices.

The federal PDPL has no general legitimate-interest basis. Article 4 prohibits processing without consent and sets out a closed, exhaustive list of exceptions. The one that matters most in practice is the contract exception: processing necessary to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the data subject’s request prior to concluding one.

The dividing line is who initiates the interaction. What you set in motion is permitted without consent; what we would start on our own initiative is not.

Where we rely on your consent, it is optional and freely given, and you can withdraw it at any time — via "Cookie settings" in the footer, or by contacting us — as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

We share personal data only with our hosting provider, our email provider, our scheduling provider (Calendly), our video provider (YouTube) and our CRM and automation providers (e.g. our CRM, email and hosting providers) acting under contract on our instructions, and where required by law.

Personal data is stored in the European Union.

For transfers under the UAE PDPL (Arts. 22-23) we rely on countries the UAE Data Office designates as adequate, or an exception such as your explicit consent or contract necessity. Detailed mechanisms depend on the PDPL Executive Regulations.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry data is kept for 24 months for enquiry and application data, and 12 months for completed data requests.

You can request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent.

Under the UAE PDPL your rights are set out in Articles 13-17; the primary law does not fix a response deadline (this is left to the Executive Regulations), and we act without undue delay.
