1. Scope
These terms govern the use of mentoring services offered by JT · Awareness × Performance ("Provider"). By booking a Discovery Audit or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
The Provider offers mental performance mentoring for competitive golfers in two phases: Phase 01 (Performance Audit & Pattern Interrupt, $440, 2 sessions) and Phase 02 (The Elite Journey, $10,120, 24 sessions over 12 weeks). Services are delivered via video call (Zoom) and WhatsApp support as specified in the program description.
3. Booking & Payment
Programs are booked following a Discovery Audit. Payment is due before the start of the program. Phase 02 payment can be made in full or via a monthly payment plan of $3,400 per month. Payment details are confirmed during the Discovery Audit.
4. Cancellation
Individual sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited. Full program cancellation is possible within 14 days of purchase (Widerrufsrecht) in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
5. Disclaimer
Mental performance mentoring is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling. The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific performance outcomes. Results depend on the client's commitment and application of the methods discussed.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential. The Provider will not share client information, session content, or competitive data with third parties without explicit written consent. Anonymized case studies may be used for marketing purposes only with client approval.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and protocols shared during the program (including APS, Set & Forget, and related content) are the intellectual property of JT · Awareness × Performance. Clients may use these tools for personal performance improvement but may not reproduce, distribute, or teach them without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts of [City, Country].
